AIM: We would like to try and make this work and help save more of these horses from the sales.
We are now going to offer bidding on behalf of clients that cannot make it to the sales.
There will be strict Terms & Conditions so please read.
By no means will we be offering to purchase the horse/pony on your behalf no money will be payed by us.
We will bid on a new owners behalf however you the buyer will have to make the purchase on the day of the sale.
1. Photo's will be uploaded the night before the sales of those horses/ponies that are at the yards that night we will also take pictures to the best of our ability as they come in on the Wednesday morning we will also include pen numbers to help.
2. Money is to be deposited directly into our nominated bank account no eft unless it has cleared pryor to the sales day.
3. credit card facilities are available through the sales on the day and we have to have your details through our secure website to forward the successful purchasers to the office to be processed. however a 2% charge is also added to the purchase price this is the sales yards policy.
4. We ask if the direct deposit is made it needs to be made by no later than 11am on the wednesday as the sales of horses start at 1pm and we need the time to check account for cleared payments and also collect pens and data to bid.
5. If the purchase is unsuccessful we can reverse your funds back into your nominated bank account within two working days.
6. Transport needs to be organised by us before the sale or needs to be organised by yourself to pick up no later than thursday 12pm
7. We now have a secure website, which now can save alot of time by us making bidding much more smoother for all.
8. All details need to be filled out and sent to us no later than 12pm so we have time to print and give them to the office.
The most important rule of all if you can't afford to pay the horse or pony will be forfeited and we all know then where the horse will go im sorry it it offends but this is the rules of the sales.
We have now had a full restructure we are currently now have our abn and we are now incorporated (non for profit) we will become ACNC registered also.
We are all volunteers so there is NO CHARGE from us to bid and buy on purchasers behalfs.
We want to continue to strive and be as successful as we can helping these horses/ponies that deserve a second chance.
